STOLEN ITEMSI used NMT to transport my car from Canberra to Perth. As per the instructions from NMT, I had placed a box in my boot shielded from view by a cargo blinder. Upon receiving my car I found that the box had been ransacked and a number of perfumes had been stolen. The items were heavily concealed and the only way to have found them would be to completely unpack and thoroughly search the box.I reported this to NMT and they just relayed company policy to clear themselves of any liability, didn't seem to really care. In their policy they mention that NMT simply suggests" not to place any items in the car however no one really anticipates their items to be ransacked the way mine were

He even helped me put my bike back on its paddock stands.Brendon has a clean large fully enclosed van with flat floor and secure tie downs. The front wheel dolly, ramp and winch load the bike into the van with no risk of dropping your bike.

The service was for a delivery aid a mini excavator which was about 19km. I was charged $2200. I believe it was excessive. Unfortunately the money was already deposited and when I received two other quotes I realized the amount I had paid was almost double. I asked for a refund but they said I shouldn’t have her this company. I would definitely not use this company again.

Daniel and the team at NMT Shipping are as always a pleasure to deal with never any problems very easy experience to move machinery always keeping communication on what is happening to your equipment.

It is an affordable price, unfortunately they do not mention it takes at least 2 weeks before they give you the car back, not very professional, specially because it was supposed to take a week; when you confront them, of course it is not their fault...sometimes it's better pay more than rely on cheap business..

Used them last month to transport our car from Broome to Perth. Rachael is very professional and friendly and their service was phenomenal. Took the car to their garage on Saturday morning in Broome. Car arrived in Perth on Wednesday. Car didn't have any issues when I claim it from the Perth depot. It also arrived on time and I was advised as soon as the car is available for pick up. Rachael is a busybee but she always managed to answer any of our queries and call me back if she was unable to answer. Always love supporting local business especially if they are this professional. Would definitely use their service again.
